Between Us Clinic has been great. I like that it's a one time payment, so you don't ever have to worry about it in the future. And the free week long trial was very nice as well, I decided I did like it and could tell that it was helping me even in just the first week. I appreciate that they give details on how each exercise will benefit you. (READ ALL THE INFO, IT'S NOT THAT MUCH). I have certainly gotten much better since beginning the course, I am in the last session now and will continue to improve I believe. I even stopped using it for months because I was having no issues and having a great time with my wife. I messed myself up again once and was able to pick it back up which was great. It's also just great because I can come back forever and always practice being more mindful which has helped me with my wife, but even all of the rest of my life in helping me to be more calm and in the moment.
