Just a note, that during the Covid 19 crisis, Bevi has declined to offer businesses that are shut down by their local government, like ours, any discount/relief from monthly charges despite not being able to use their machine/services. We will go at least two months with almost no usage and therefore no service or additional product needed from Bevi, this obviously saves them money - and still they refuse to give us any break on monthly costs, only offering to defer the same payments due to the end of the contract. If the motto for Covid 19 is we are in this together, Bevi has demonstrated that their clients are in this alone. Offering a simple discount recognizing low to no usage in times of an unprecedented crisis was all that was necessary.
This is the kind of behavior that should not be forgotten. When we reach the end of our contract we will not be renewing, this is the poorest of customer service and not how to work with clients in their time of need. Shame on you Bevi!
