I ordered an item via click n collect because I needed it before end of the week for a birthday. Item was apparently out of stock at the store, and instead of informing me of this fact they sent the item by post and now I have no idea if I will get it in time for my sister's birthday.. I'm particularly not happy that the store just didn't call and give me the option to just purchase something else.
