I received my watch I ordered on the 04/02/22 today. It was delivered marked, damaged and not working. I spent close to $300 on this watch and had just received it in time for a holiday I had been planning and was looking forward to wearing it. I am disappointed in the lack of care or empathy that was shown over the phone when I rang up about my situation. The staff didn’t seem to care about my situation and now I’m the one who has to wait for it to be sent back before I can receive a replacement watch. I am appalled at the quality in which the watch came in and even more so that it wasn’t working when supposedly they’re checked over before they’re shipped. I expect my replacement watch to be sent out ASAP as I will be moving house on the 28th. I also expect the replacement watch to be sent in immaculate condition. I hope this issue is resolved and I can have my replacement watch as soon as possible.
