So far I have experienced good customer service from the Beville staff.
One point I would like to say is that the SILVER INFUSED jewelleries are disappointing. I haven't even worn the items I had purchased before and, wow, it has all darkened in colour! Really? It really put me off!
The diamonds on a ring being sold (like a 1 ct ring) are really not that brilliant. Some diamonds appear hazy like duds. Maybe, that tells one why the price is cheaper.
It hope you get back the white cover of your jewellery cases. Personally, I find it helpful as It allows me to mark my jewelleries and identify it without opening the box itself.
I also would like to ask why I am not being credited any points (as a member of the Bevilles 'Fabulous' family) for the several jewellery purchases I had made recently, as in the last 6 months). I used to get credits before.
