Ordered something via click and collect and find out it’s ready to be picked up. Couldn’t pick it up that day itself, thought I’d get it in a few days time. The next day or two, I get an email that says it has been picked up. But I haven’t picked it up nor have I authorised anyone else to pick it up. Call them up immediately they said they would sort it out once I come in store. Go there the next day, they say someone has picked up my order. Someone with my exact same name and exact same order and order number. My partner asked them if they checked the email and the ID and they claimed that they did. But I have only one ID and it’s not stolen. They said to send them screenshots of the emails I received and I did that and was then told they’d get back to me in 3 days. It has now been one week and I have not heard a word. All I received from them is an option to leave a review. So here it is. Thanks for nothing. I want my money back and be compensated for the trouble I have been through!
