I ordered over $5,000 worth of camera equipment and was told I would receive my purchase in 4 days. It is now 8 days and no equipment. I emailed B&H 2 days ago and have not had a response. I called customer services about 3 hours ago and was told my wait was an estimated 114 minutes. They have a system where they call you back and I still haven't heard from them.
This experience has convinced me to support my local camera store and stay away from these people who just don't get customer service. They are not particularly helpful when they talk to you and you have product questions. It is as if they like to act like they are superior to you because you don't know what they know. Total unsatisfactory purchase experience.
