The Vivitar auxiliary lens purchased is the HD3-43 0.43x 62mm wide angle and is hopefully an ideal fit for my 4k FDR-AX100E camcorder as it fits the Video camera's 62mm filter thread but also the auxiliary lens has a reasonable 72mm filter thread of its own.
