I bought lots of furniture at BHF Coventry. They promised delivering the next day, I waited all day without their appearance. I went to enquire why the next day, I was told the driver called and I did not respond, they came to my house and rang the door and no response. Then I showed them my phone to show me the missed call from the driver and to my suprise they couldn't answer. What they did was to take the half hazard driver to a corner to cover up their lies. I was told the furniture will be brought on Monday but I have to pay another 20 pounds for delivery, which I did. When they brought the furniture the bed frame was not included I told the driver that the frame was attached to the bed when I paid for it, he insisted it was apart that I should sign the delivery papers that I have received all , I couldn't be more annoyed for their incompetence. I regretted not reading the reviews first nor taking photos of the things I bought. They are LIERS. They STEAL BY TRICK. This is not a charity.
