Took time off work for collection of a single bed plus mattress, large mirror, bedside cabinet and two sacks of clothes. No show. No call to say would not be attending. Rang person booking and got another pick up date and yet again time off work. No show due to collectors being in a queue caused by accident (fair enough) but then no call to rearrange. Went through website to book yet another pick up and arranged someone to be here to sign the piece of paper. Took all but the mattress since it had a mark - absolutely tiny mark on the SIDE of the mattress where it had been propped up for three weeks against a brick wall because they could not collect any earlier. Not a good service and would never use again.
