Is BHF a scam organisation? Collection booked with BHF for morning collection. Wait all morning but vehicle arrives mid afternoon, hours late and driver refuses to take 2 armchairs because ‘they weren’t a pair’. Showed him BHF collection print-out. Clearly two armchairs/electric chairs. They want to take a handsome wooden cabinet (also booked for the collection). Told them to take nothing! Checked back of van and could see there was room for the cabinet but not for two armchairs. Won’t donate anything to BHF again.
