Newton Abbott shop/management - Deplorable management of pre-arranged household furniture donations to BHF. Very upsetting experience, it was so bad I began to wondered if certain personnel (Adrian (collection survey rep) and Aaron (Shop Manager) BHF Newton Abbott) were legitimately representing BHF. We were left trying to arrange disposal of the majority of the items which BHF previously had confirmed they would collect. At no time had we been advised that there had been a change to the agreed plan even though our contact email and telephone number had been provided and we had had discussions to confirm time and date of collection. Because of their total lack of customer service and business competence my 87 year old mother has had to face significant costs to clear her flat at short notice.
