Booked delivery of a bookcase to be delivered, in there words, to a room of my choice. They arrived when I was out so step daughter dealt with them. Instead of taking the bookcase upstairs they dumped it in my hallway!! I didn’t pay £20 to have it causing an obstruction in my house! They said it was too heavy to lift, but surely they should have accounted for this??
