Absolute joke, got items ready for collection. Sone items had the odd scratch or needed a polish but in good condition. All refused with no prior warning this could happen. I’m left with a house full of things all ready to go blocking my hallway. Would never donate to BHF again based on this experience. They said they are a ‘business’ to me when I said someone could really benefit from the lovely vintage furniture and that it would take too long to sell. Wasted my time, time off work waiting for them, left me stuck with a load of furniture and I’m really angry and upset today trying to sort this out. Another charity will hopefully be glad of this.
