If I could give no stars I would. Booked furniture collection for this morning, stating clearly it was a large sideboard and tall bookcase. Using a bit of a logic and given its furniture, you would assume they're heavy. Driver became angry at the fact furniture was heavy. He then refused to take the bookcase because it wouldn't fit in the lift, despite me stating this was the case in the initial collection inquiry form. He became aggressive towards me and even imitated throwing a punch to his fellow driver. Thankfully the store manager said they had to take it, but as a woman who lives alone I don't accept aggression in any form. And certainly do not expect that from a a representative of a reputable charity.
