Waste of everyone's time. They called to collect a sofa and armchair today. Perfectly acceptable condition except for a small frayed area at the base of the sofa. Refused to take sofa and wouldn't take the armchair because it's classed as 'contemporary' which is an absolute joke. I wouldn't recommend this service and won't contact them again in the future.
