So brand new washing machine, and several other items hardly used, we though why not donate to charity instead of selling them. ordered a collection from Lincoln and they failed to turn up, phoned them repeatedly to collect and they basically didnt care, idiots, so basically £500 of resale value gone as we gave them away to a reseller,
