Bought a sofa from BHF on Sunday - delivery was today. Rude delivery person... (Older 1 of the 2)aggressive, unhelpful. Had decided it wouldn't fit in my door before they tried. Consequently, I had to get them to try and he got angry and swearing in another language. Noticed rips and damage on the sofa that were not there on Sunday. He said they were there already. I believe that they had damaged it and didn't want it delivered. They broke my plant pot when leaving as they had no intention of getting it in my apartment. No apologies just nasty aggressive behaviour. I actually was so upset that I cried when explaining this to the complaints department. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. I will never use them or donate again.
