My friend returned some items for myself to the Middlesbrough branch Which I had bought at the bishop Auckland branch They were far too big .when I tried them on. at home I buy nearly all my clothes from charity shops as I am a big girl So it's nice that I can return them for a refund if they dont fit My friend has refused to take anything back for me to Middlesbrough ,as the lady was not very pleasant I think she was the managers ,dark haired with glasses She wanted to know why I wasn't bringing it back Saying I got around a bit .because it was not Middlesbrough Also because ,there's not a lot of cash in the till also some trousers she returned she said they wouldn't sell them at their shop It was like a Spanish inquisition she said I do Get around a bit as I go to different hospitals for different appointments. And always try and have A look in whatever's charity shop is about So I think .terrible customer service .with that attitude
