After waiting two months for a collection of a small wall unit in good condition BHF turned up to collect. Refused to take it! All sorts of excuses: Too big, too heavy, can't sell etc etc. The carpet man who laid my carpet moved the unit into my garage because I didn't want to put it back onto the carpet while I was waiting for a new sideboard. This was all done in minutes without any fuss. It had been covered in dust sheets to protect. IT seem they just go from one house to another with an empty van.
