The lady Manager at the New Milton Branch in Hampshire. was rude to me and did not even give me an exchange for a damage item I brought back even though I had my receipt of goods and also I had previously spoken to a couple of approachable and helpful members of staff the day before who were happy to exchange, very disappointed at the standard service that I received and has caused me a lot of stress, I will be phoning up Head office in the morning to make a complaint, shame as I had spent a lot of money in that branch in the past 3 days and the other staff members were welcoming to me.
