I recently arranged a donation pickup of a TV and desk. While I appreciate the collection service, a 10-minute call ahead is not enough, as I was unavailable during lunch time and not able to sit home all day for a charitable donation service.
In the past, I've felt pressured to be at home for pickups with minimal notice. Clearer communication regarding collection windows would be beneficial for both donors and collection teams.
