I called the store to donate furniture. I explained that it needed to go by the end of the week. The staff member asked me to send an email with pictures and provisionally booked a collection for the Friday. I sent the requested photos on the Tuesday. Hadn't heard from anyone so called again and spoke to another staff member. He couldn't find my email, then said maybe it had been deleted. He searched some more and said he found it, but collection couldn't be for another week!! If you don't want the donation, you could at least inform the donor. As it is the items will have to go to the top. Poor show on your part and I won't be offering a donation to the bhf again.
