Requested a house clearance online and was called quickly and booked in for a visit to see the items I wanted clearing on the Friday. The time was between 07:30-2:30pm but I should get a call 30 minutes before.
No one arrived & no one called. I tried to call the shop numerous times but kept going to voicemail. We have a completion date so need the house cleared by a specific date. Very unprofessional and unreliable so I would not recommend.
