I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had on this platform. I was so uncomfortable with the fact that they didn't allow me withdraw my funds. Everytime I tried to, the account manager will say all sorts of excuses to convince me. Eventually, I took it upon myself to get all my money back and thankfully, FinReclaim made that happen.
