Terrible customer support efficiency. I made a fiat deposit a week ago and had to submit supporting documents. I submitted them the same day and was notified the review process would take about 48 hours. Today is the 5th business day and they still have not reviewed the documents, so I still can't access my money. Opening a case is useless because they take 7 days to reply. Cant reach and talk to a real person. I urgently need the money by Wednesday and because of Bibox inefficiency I might not get it. PS: I didn't get back my money for a bad 2 months, it was just last week I just got my money back with the help of Fosterboon.org.
