When a start-up company is a family business as in the case of BIB and the market they are entering into is over populated with likeminded entrepreneurs, it is refreshing to come across a group of people who really are "in love" with their dreams and endeavours. I have been a club member for a year now and yes there has been some hiccups in those early days, such as leaking sample sachets, and wine that in my opinion tasted like a " home wine kit", but in all cases my feedback to BIB has been received and dealt with quickly and efficiently. I am a great believer in the saying " a person who has never made a mistake, has never adventured beyond their safety zone" BIB are willing to push those boundaries, and in most cases they have been proven correct in their selection of those small unheard of vineyards that they select to join the BIB dream of offering excellent wine at an acceptable price.
