I had an issue with payment for a specific order, I wasn't notified on whether the payment was being processed, which is a notification I was supposed to receive (Perhaps that was a mistake on my end, they give a reference code to use but I saw nowhere to enter it throughout the payment process which probably resulted in it not registering for that specific order), that said in order to correct my mistake I provided proof of payment to show that I did indeed make a payment, its been a few days and they haven't gotten back to me, it almost feels like I've been scammed.
