The worst of all companies. They encourage to buy " bob bucks" then steal your money by sucking them back. I think they are the worst online company in existence. DO NOT USE THEM. It is clear what they should do which is just renew the voucher if unused. It is after all their purchasing currency. AVOID AT ALL COST .
