Really bad to deal with and too many agents dealing with stuff and keep mis communicating despite a thread of emails. Only decent communication and follow up was with Jordan. Definitely won't be purchasing from here ever again. Had to pay out of my own pocket to return a tap even though it was not my mistake placing the order.. Avoid
