I pretty much never write reviews online, but this company was great, so I have to share my experience. I ordered a Rinnai direct vent space heater on Amazon from two different suppliers, and they both got the order TOTALLY wrong (one of them sent me a unit that was half the size of what I ordered, and the other actually sent me a hot water heater by mistake). So I decided to order it direct from someone and thought I'd give Big Frog a try, as their pricing for the unit was the best out there. After ordering the item, I sent in a request ticket to see if that particular heater could use an external thermostat. They responded quickly and said "no" but that they'd upgrade it to one for free. The shipping came quick, and the unit is already installed and heating our cabin.
