I recently purchased a tankless hot water heater after mine gave out. After my purchase I received an email from FedEx stating my order was canceled by the sender. Upon calling customer service I was reassured my order was on the way and would be here the next day. My purchase did show up as promised. Very pleased with my purchase. I would use Big Frog again and will recommend Big Frog.
