I order a tankless water heater, and it arrived with internal damage. I called Big Frog, and then sent pictures of the damage. Big Frog immediately shipped a replacement water heater and gave me an additional discount on the replacement to compensate for the time and inconvenience of repacking and returning the damaged unit. I could not be happier with Big Frog's service.
