Went on line, found item, ordered item, credit card charge was processed, got receipt from big frog supply. Next day I get “order canceled”. Turns out they don’t have it in stock and apparently don’t plan to get any in based on canceled order. Not responding to emails asking for clarification.
Do they always process credit card charges without checking to see if they have the item in stock?
