Ordered a Node 100. It arrived from Virginia to California in about a week. When I received it there was an issue. The two halves of the unit were cross threaded and wouldn’t come apart. I called Big Frog and without questioning the issue they immediately emailed me a FedX return authorization and shipped a new one that same day. The new one arrived four days later. Excellent customer service. I would definitely do business with him again.
