I live in Houston, TX. The Febco 765 1-inch backflow preventer was constantly sold out in local Home Depot and Lowe's stores because of the winter freeze. The price of this item is $84 in Home Depot but its listed price on Amazon was almost $300 and the plumber would charge $200 for it. Luckily I found it on Big Frog Supply and only cost me $112. Ordered and received the item in 3 days. The plumber came the next day and installed it. Problem solved in resonable time with a fair price. Love it.
