Received Orbit Traveling Sprinkler within days of placing order on-line. However, one of the plastic wheels was badly damaged. Emailed Big Frog Supply, received response within the hour and had information regarding replacement soon thereafter. Received replacement within days of response from Big Frog Supply, Replacement unit works very well.
