Very good customer service. Ordered a part for my K Rain indexing valve which was promptly delivered. Could not open indexing valve due to age and the Florida heat. Got a prompt response with shipping label to return part. Tried to order a new indexing valve and the customer service agent advised that there was a supply problem and the valve I needed was out of stock. Honesty is the best policy. Highly recommend Big Frog Supply
