We ordered a tankless water heater and immediately canceled it same day because we decided to buy a refuser tank water heater from Lowe’s instead. Instead of canceling they ship the order and after 2 weeks no delivery. We already got a water heater same day we ordered and now they are outfight stealing our money and will not refund.
The managers will tell you to screw off when we did everything on our end. They will outright steal your money and will not ship or cancel.
