I’d never ordered from Big Frog Supply before, but I certainly will use them in the future. This is for several reasons: first of all, some of the sprinkler heads were damaged en route. They immediately shipped new ones to me; secondly, I discovered they had sent me the wrong size on another order, and they immediately shipped out the replacement heads; next, they emailed return shipping labels the same day I talked with them; forth, their automated phone system actually connects you with a person right away, and lastly, the employee who helped me was courteous, friendly and immediately took care of my issues. I highly recommend them!
