Their prices are fair, and Big Frog Supply processed and shipped my order very quickly. The product was exactly as indicated on their website. I ordered a Rainbird Wifi transmitter, however it did not work with my discontinued controller and I could no longer find the correct controller. I called the rep at Big Frog Supply and they helped me to find a controller that will work. I am returning the transmitter and ordering the new controller.
