Originally ordering via Amazon, I had a warranty issue with my Liberty SumpJet back up. Big Frog, the Amazon supplier, stepped up and seen to it that the Liberty warranty was honored. In the process I ordered a replacement pump and was serviced in 3 days with the new pump in hand. To add to my satisfaction Big Frog sent a return label covering the shipping for the return of the failed pump. Good experience.
