So far, I am pleased with Big Frog Supply. The product arrived as advertised without any delays. The only reason I gave them a 4-star rating vs 5 stars was due to the 5% discount ad that popped up online when I first began shopping with them. I needed sprinkler heads, so I was in the market for several. The 5% discount caught my attention for entering my email address, which I did. When I began to place my order, I couldn't locate a cos=de for the 5% discount, so I called Big Frog. The nice young man told me the 5% discount would only apply to my next order...Ugh! I felt mislead and told the young representative how I felt. He said he had received many other complaints about this, but there was nothing he could do about it. Big Frog needs to change its marketing strategy to be less misleading and more truthful. BTW, I ordered four sprinkler heads on the first order to get free shipping and then ordered six more on the second-order to capture the additional 5% discount. I'm retired so every saved dollar counts. You have good company with good representation. Just be more truthful with your marketing approach.
