I recently bought a Rinnai tankless water heater from Big Frog and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Not only did they have the exact model I was looking for but they shipped it the very same day, 3 days later I received it at home in perfect conditions, thanks in part for the excellent job they did with the packaging making sure it would not get damaged in the transportation process. As a delivery driver myself I am very impressed with their excellent job.
