I ordered 100’ of 1” trac pipe and (2) trac pipe fittings. The fittings were back ordered and would not be available at the same time the trac pipe arrived. I needed to cancel the fittings only and just get the trac pipe itself. The Big Frog person I spoke to listened, clarified my request, canceled the fittings, and was able credit my credit card all in the span of about 5-10 minutes. You can’t find that level of customer service these days. I am highly impressed with Big Frog. Well done ladies and gentlemen of Big Frog Supply!
