Ordered a new pump today, 5/11/2022 chatted with rep on FB yesterday and called and talked with rep today very pleased so far will update when item arrives. 5/12/2022 pump arrived today and was in box and had piece of plywood on bottom to keep secure, all hooked up an running, will buy from Big Frog again.
