When I received my pump assembly I went to open the lid of the tub. One of the bolts would not come out as the nut it threaded into was turning within the tub housing. I called in right away to ask what to do. I was told that they would get right back with me. I received an email saying a case had been started and that I could track it by clicking on a link. When I did, it asked for a password that I had never been assigned. Long story short. Several days went by and I had to install the unit in a customers home damaged. I was never contacted back so I called in and they told me I would have to get help from the manufacturer. Very disappointed in the way this was handled. My customer is very unhappy and I’m not sure what to do at this point.
