Big Frog Supply shipped my order within 24 hours! They notified me every step of the way: Received order; shipped order; Out for delivery on the date it arrived; order delivered—did you receive it? The carrier had some delays and misinformation as to the delivery date twice, but that was not Big Frog’s fault, nor did Big Frog make false promises. Although I had found a supplier who would charge less per item if you bought two, their return policy was not good. (If an item was defective, too bad so sad.) I hope the water filter I ordered is in good condition; it appears to be.
