Big Frog Supply quickly shipped a high quality water well pump to me, I have zero negative comment regarding this transaction, I do have a problem with their product carrier FedEx. People like myself living on a remote ranch in southwest Texas where back country roads are basically jeep trails at best, depends on a delivery service that capable to deliver in harsh environment (like UPS) w/ 4wd vehicles. FedEx posted delivered to customer via email which lead me into days of searching the largest county in Texas for my pump with no help from all parties involved.
