Received parts other than what I thought I ordered. Had contractor enroute o construct new irrigation manifold. Called Big Frog immediately upon delivery of valves. Advised they were threaded valves and that what I thoughtnI ordered wer slip- valves. Young man in your customer service offered to send a pick-up slip for them and expedite shipment of needed slip valves. I said I would contact contractor to advise of the problem and he indicated he could make the original shipment instal and function to my satisfaction. I never called back as you were closed so your problem solver never was told that I was satisfied with the original materials he shipped. Although I never utilized his Solution Imwas ever so pleased with the kind and thoughtful way he dealt with me. I will endeavor to have others seek you company out as a result. Gerald Bringle
